Job summary

Southside Elementary in Siloam Springs, AR seeks a Kindergarten Classroom Aide to support students’ social, emotional and academic growth. The role reports to the Principal and entails 185 days of service with district policies in effect.

POSITION TITLE:Kindergarten Classroom Aide

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool diploma
• At least one (1) of the following:
• Two (2) years of college credit;
• An associate’s degree (or higher);
• Provide evidence of passing the Arkansas State Board of Education adopted Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment
• Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
• Self-starter; able to work independently.

REPORTS TO: Principal

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 185 days with benefits provided according to Siloam Springs School Board policies.
