Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.

• Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement.

American Leadership Academy is accepting applications for a Kindergarten Aide for the 2026-2027 school year for our Anthem Elementary campus located in Florence, AZ. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.
• Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and orderly environment.
