1. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response Application.
2. Domain, functional, and technical knowledge of Supply Chain and Kinaxis.
3. Minimum Kinaxis Author Level 2 certification required.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve break-fix issues in collaboration with the team.
5. Experience working on medium-complexity enhancement development areas.
6. Ability to coordinate with offshore delivery teams.
7. Flexible attitude and readiness to provide on-call support during weekends.
8. Experience with upgrades and upgrade strategies to facilitate new enhancements.
