Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Solution Delivery lead to oversee end-to-end supply chain planning implementations using Kinaxis Maestro. You will guide resource allocation, interface with clients, and direct cross-functional teams to meet objectives and performance targets.

The role requires deep analytical, technical, and business-management skills, with experience in process design, data analytics, and solution deployment across complex client environments.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytics field and 5+ years in supply chain Kinaxis Maestro implementations.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations of supply chain planning projects end to end.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: 3+ years leading a team; Kinaxis Solution Architect certification; Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, managing resources and client interface.
• Direct a cross-functional team to meet project goals and performance metrics.
• Design processes, configure systems, and integrate data across sources.
• Lead architecture guidance for supply chain planning using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners; define technical user stories.
• Document optimization and lead teams to develop technical and consulting skills.
