Job summary

Deloitte is hiring for a US Supply Chain & Network Operations role focused on end-to-end solution delivery of Kinaxis Maestro-based planning. You will lead design, architecture, and cross-functional coordination with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and vendor consultants.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Kinaxis Maestro implementations, strong analytics background, and a track record of delivering large-scale enterprise solutions while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in operations or analytics with concentration in the field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis Maestro.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations of supply chain planning projects end to end.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
• 1+ year experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design & Architecture: Oversee requirement gathering, process improvement, and provide architecture guidance for supply chain planning functionalities using Kinaxis Maestro, including technical specifications and system models.
• Collaborate & Prioritize Work: Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to define technical user stories, prioritize enabler work, and engage Kinaxis vendor consultants for implementation guidance.
• Configure & Integrate Systems: Configure supply chain planning systems to meet business requirements, design resources (worksheets, dashboards, alerts), and support data integration across multiple sources and target systems.
• Optimize, Document & Lead Teams: Work with vendors to optimize performance, update solution documentation, support integration leads, and coach teams to develop technical and consulting skills.
