ManpowerGroup's client in Milwaukee is seeking a Packager Kitter/Sewer/Forklift to assemble and package promotional kits. The role requires sewing on a sewing machine and working in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting.

You will support kit assembly, packing, cutting, and shipping readiness while maintaining accuracy and quality. The position offers a steady day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a temp-to-hire path and benefits once converted.

Job description

Our client, a manufacturing and fulfillment team is seeking a Packager Kitter/Sewer/Forklift to join their team. As a Packager Kitter/Sewer/Forklift, you will be part of the production and packaging group supporting the assembly of promotional kits. The ideal candidate will bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a steady attention to detail—so you can help keep orders accurate and moving on schedule.

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

What's the Job?

• Assemble and package promotional advertisement kits with accuracy and consistency
• Perform occasional sewing using a sewing machine to support kit assembly needs
• Cut, pack, and prepare materials to ensure each kit is complete and ready to ship
• Lift and handle packages up to 30 lbs as required for packing and staging
• Support day-to-day production needs and be willing to do what’s needed when priorities shift
