Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Milwaukee is seeking a Packager Kitter/Sewer/Forklift to assemble and package promotional kits. The role requires sewing on a sewing machine and working in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting.

You will support kit assembly, packing, cutting, and shipping readiness while maintaining accuracy and quality. The position offers a steady day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a temp-to-hire path and benefits once converted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sew on a sewing machine.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail to ensure kit accuracy.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to assist across packing, cutting and assembly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package promotional advertisement kits with accuracy.
• Perform sewing as needed to support kit assembly.
• Cut, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Lift and handle packages up to 30 lbs.
• Support day-to-day production and adapt to shifting priorities.
