Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for our Kenosha, WI client’s Operations/Warehouse team. You will pick products from warehouse inventory, verify item numbers and quantities, pack orders securely, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, with shifts listed (1st/2nd/3rd) and training provided for warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse inventory according to customer orders and pick lists.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing to ensure accurate orders.
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners (training provided as applicable) while following safety procedures.

Job description

Our client, Operations/Warehouse team is seeking a Order Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the Operations/Warehouse supporting order fulfillment and shipping preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and a positive, team-oriented work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $17.25

Shift: Monday and Friday

• 1st shift 7am-330pm
• 2nd shift 330pm-11pm
• 3rd shift 11pm-7am

What’s the Job?

• Pick products from warehouse inventory according to customer orders and pick lists.
