Job summary

KidStrong Gilbert is seeking enthusiastic coaches to deliver 45‑minute, science‑based classes for kids aged 15 months to 11 years. You’ll partner with a Point Coach, Rover Coach, and Front Desk roles to ensure safe, engaging sessions and a warm, family‑centered experience.

Key duties include delivering curriculum, engaging every child, logging attendance and progress, and supporting events and camps. CPR certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Passion for working with kids is essential.
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive in duties.
• CPR certification or readiness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach ages 15 months–11 years with the current week's programming and explain the curriculum to parents.
• Create positive, dynamic, and professional interactions with students and families.
• Record attendance, awards, and progress in the KS Coach App.
• Read daily Shift Operations Report (SOR) and post AARs as assigned.
• Maintain daily/weekly cleaning and equipment checklists.
• Communicate professionally in Slack and check messages before shifts.
• Complete KidStrong University modules as required.
• Coach special events when scheduled.
