Job summary

KidStrong Powell (OH) is hiring coaches for part-time or full-time roles. Coaches deliver a 45-minute, coach-led class for kids 15 months through 11 years, focusing on brain, body and character in a warm, engaging environment.

You’ll work with a Point Coach, Rover Coach and lobby/front-desk staff; duties include attendance notes, progress updates, and safety oversight. CPR, background check, and KidStrong Coach Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids is essential.
• CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire) is required.
• Must pass a background check and obtain KidStrong Coach Certification.
• Athletic or coaching background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach ages 15 months–11 years with current week's programming.
• Create positive interactions with students and families.
• Record attendance, awards, and progress in KS Coach App.
• Read daily Shift Operations Report and post AARs as assigned.
• Maintain daily and weekly cleaning and equipment checklists.
• Coach special events when scheduled.
