Job summary

KidStrong Polaris (OH) coaches run 45-minute coach-led classes for kids aged 15 months to 11 years, with a focus on building brain, body, and character. Roles include Point Coach, Rover Coach, Lobby Coach, and Mentor.

You’ll ensure on-time classes, celebrate milestones, and guide families, while completing reports and keeping the space safe and welcoming. This hourly, non-exempt position requires CPR certification, a background check, and KidStrong Coach Certification; shifts include weekdays

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids.
• Comfortable talking to parents.
• Reliable, on time, self-starter.
• CPR certified (or within 30 days of hire).
• Must pass a background check and achieve KidStrong Coach Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach ages 15 months–11 years with current week's programming.
• Create positive interactions with students and families.
• Record attendance and progress in KS Coach App.
• Read Shift Operations Report and post AARs as assigned.
• Maintain daily/weekly cleaning and equipment checks.
• Communicate professionally in Slack.
