Zusammenfassung

In-Shape Fitness is seeking a Kids Zone team member to create a safe, welcoming space for children from 3 months to 12 years old. You will lead age-appropriate activities, read stories, and promote healthy habits while ensuring parents enjoy their time at the club.

The role requires patience, creativity, and strong communication. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected; bilingual skills are a plus, and CPR/First Aid training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Preschool or day care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and creativity with children.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire; First Aid training where applicable.

• Maintain a safe environment by following safety policies.
• Observe and monitor activities in Kids Zone.
• Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities and games.
• Read to children and lead crafts, songs, and activities.
• Assist in building a positive member experience and community.
