Job summary

In-Shape Solutions, LLC is hiring Kids Zone team members in California. You will create a safe, welcoming space for children aged 3 months to 12 years, guiding age-appropriate play and activities while parents enjoy their time.

CPR certification or willingness to obtain is required within 60 days of hire. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, supervising children, organizing activities, reading to kids, and promoting healthy habits in a lively club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with preschool or daycare settings is desirable.
• Strong communication with both children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and positive energy for children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by following safety policies.
• Observe and monitor all children in the Kids Zone.
• Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities.
• Read to children and lead simple art or music activities.
• Promote healthy habits and positive social development.
• Ensure only authorized personnel access the Kids Zone.
• Follow club policies and assist in other areas as needed.
• Monitor pool/slide during season and enforce rules.
