Job summary

In-Shape Fitness is seeking Kids Zone team members to create a safe, welcoming, and fun space for children ages 3 months to 12 years while parents enjoy their time.

You will lead activities, read to kids, promote healthy habits, supervise the Kids Zone and pool area when needed, and uphold safety policies. This role requires patience, strong communication, flexibility, and Trustline/CPR readiness.

Qualifications

• Preschool or day care experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by following safety policies.
• Monitor and engage children in activities in the Kids Zone.
• Read to children and lead art, songs, and healthy-habit activities.
• Ensure only authorized personnel enter the Kids Zone.
• Assist in building a community of members through consistent experiences.
• Monitor pool and slide when applicable and enforce rules.
