Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and evaluate staff and volunteers.

• Direct and monitor services and programs to align with community interests.
• Maintain and promote library collections; recommend materials and displays.
• Develop partnerships with community groups to promote library use and services.
• Instruct patrons in using the catalog, online resources and library equipment.
