You will follow nightly plans, monitor conditions, coordinate with Snowmaking, and maintain high safety standards; 1 year experience required; must read maps and have a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of snow grooming experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret trail maps and grooming plans.
• Ability to follow priorities and adjust tasks with changing conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and supervisors.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review and communicate nightly grooming priorities, assignments, and timelines.
• Monitor grooming operations and adjust priorities as needed based on weather and conditions.
• Operate grooming equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor trail conditions and communicate maintenance needs or hazards.
• Coordinate with Snowmaking Night Supervisor and team to support operations.
• Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns.
• Support team members with equipment operation and daily tasks.
• Communicate progress and updates to the Grooming Supervisor.
