Job summary

Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is seeking a Children’s Ski & Ride School Instructor to teach skiing or snowboarding to children ages 4–12 in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You will help students build confidence and fundamental skills, while being part of a high-energy team.

Ideal candidates include both new and experienced instructors who want to grow teaching, skiing/riding, and leadership skills. The program emphasizes strong training culture and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ for conveyor operation)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working with children and communicating with parents

Responsibilities

• Teach beginner to advanced lessons in a fun, safe and engaging way
• Support student safety, comfort and confidence
• Communicate with parents and team members professionally
• Assist with class organization, setup and daily operations
• Participate in training and continue skill development
