Responsibilities

• Outreach and engagement with potential members to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities.
• Qualify leads, provide information on memberships, pricing and program details.
• Follow up with leads, answer questions, and close sales; guide new members through enrollment and onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics; collaborate with leadership to hit goals.
