A leading children's coaching franchise is looking for a passionate Coach at its Everett location. The successful candidate will work with children ages 12 months to 11 years, focusing on brain, physical, and character development. Responsibilities include teaching the KidStrong curriculum, maintaining a fun and motivational environment, and effectively communicating with parents. Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Prior experience coaching students is preferred.
• CPR certified to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team.
• Maintain a motivational and professional demeanor when leading the class.
• Assist parents of students aged 3 and younger.
