KidStrong Edmonds is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership growth by reaching out to potential members via phone and text, presenting KidStrong programs, and guiding families through enrollment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an attentive listener, and capable of working remotely with flexible hours; experience in fitness or education is a plus, and compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role with phone-based sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and text.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment with CRM proficiency.

Mansioni

• Outreach and engagement: initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and memberships; use scripts to communicate benefits and drive conversions.
• Lead management: qualify leads, provide information on options and pricing, follow up to close sales, and guide new members through enrollment and onboarding.
• Sales performance and reporting: maintain CRM records, track metrics (conversion rates, response times, retention), and collaborate with leadership to hit goals.
