Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, fun experiences while interacting with members and guests.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days. Prior experience with children and the ability to lead groups are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED certification (Infant/Child & Adult) required within first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment around toys, equipment, and other children.
• Keeps operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists up to date and delegates tasks as needed.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback and coaching when needed.
