Life Time in Troy, NY is seeking a dynamic Academy/Child Center Supervisor to oversee safety, engagement, and daily operations for our junior members. You will partner with the Kids Manager to deliver a welcoming, high-service experience for Members and Team Members during activities and events.

The role requires strong leadership, staff training and coaching, and the ability to hire and onboard Kids team members. Certification in First Aid/CPR is expected within the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years teaching or children's program experience.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests
• Promotes and assists Kids Manager in events/programming and drives participation and revenue
• Manages payroll within budget, with recommendations to Kids Manager
• Supports Kids team through training, feedback, coaching
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members
• Manages inventory and supplies for Academy/Child Center and events
