Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Kids Parties & Events Associate in Maple Grove, MN to organize and supervise birthday parties and events, train and coach hosts, and coordinate with café and pool teams to deliver seamless experiences for families. This role requires strong communication, event planning, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

A high school diploma and 1 year of experience with children are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to train and coach Team Members.
• Ability to communicate and organize effectively.
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• 1 year working with children.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises party/event spaces.
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts.
• Coordinates with Café, pool, and other departments to run parties smoothly.
• Ensures quality experience and safety for members and guests.
• Greets and engages members and guests professionally.
• Facilitates organized activities ensuring children are active and safe.
