Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties to create a fun, energetic birthday party experience at our clubs. You will lead age-appropriate activities, supervise children, and engage guests to ensure every party runs smoothly and safely.

The role requires excellent guest service, clear communication, the ability to move around the club and lift light loads, and timely response to questions or concerns. First aid and CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Mansioni

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Facilitate and supervise organized activities; ensure kids are active and safe.
• Explain and demonstrate games and activities to participants.
• Address questions and resolve conflicts promptly.
