Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties to facilitate fun and engaging birthday parties and events at our club. You will create an enthusiastic environment and lead a variety of activities designed for children.

You will greet members and guests, supervise activities to keep children safe and engaged, explain games, and respond promptly to questions or issues. This role supports families and promotes a positive club experience.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must be able to move about the club and interact with members and guests.
• Must be able to bend repeatedly and lift more than 20 lbs.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• All state or federal requirements must be completed prior to first day of work.

Position Requirements

• HS Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
