Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Party & Events Supervisor to organize and oversee birthday parties and related events. You will train and coach hosts, plan activities, and coordinate with café and pool operations to ensure a memorable experience for members' families.

You will engage with families, prepare supplies, and register participants, while maintaining safety and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to promote programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists with party room setup and cleanliness.
• Trains and coaches party hosts.
• Coordinates with Café, pool, and other departments to run events smoothly.
• Ensures a quality experience for members and guests.
• Greet and engage members and guests professionally.
• Facilitate activities to keep children engaged and safe.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guest while providing supportive supervision of party hosts
• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities
  

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to train and coach Team Members
• Ability to communicate and organize effectively
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• 1 year working with children
