Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Party & Events Supervisor to organize and oversee kids parties and events, partnering with the Kids Leader to train and schedule team members. You will identify activities and lesson plans, provide activities and supplies, and coordinate with families to register and prep for events.

Work involves supervising hosts, collaborating with Café and pool teams, and ensuring a safe, engaging experience for children and their families, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to sell and promote programs and services.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces.
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly.
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guests with supervision of hosts.
• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitates organized party activities and ensures children are active, engaged, and safe.

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities

Position Requirements
