Job summary

Michaels Concord, NH is seeking an energetic events coordinator to plan and run in-store events, including children’s parties and craft classes. You will engage customers, demonstrate activities, and manage event logistics with the store team.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with checkout processes; prior experience with kids events is helpful.

• Arrange party add-ons and communicate plans with clients and store team.
• Manage emails, calls, and paperwork related to events.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and SOP adherence during events.
