You will provide friendly customer service, assist guests in shopping, and ensure a fast, enjoyable checkout experience. Responsibilities include leading crafts, guiding party activities, and upselling event add-ons, while maintaining store standards and safety.

• Must have excellent people skills and experience working with children's events.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s parties in-store.
• Engage with guests of all ages and demonstrate crafts.
• Lead party activities, face painting and add-ons.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring store cleanliness and safety.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with store team.
