Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within the Michaels store (including kids birthday parties).
• Deliver fast and friendly customer service; assist customers in shopping and checkout.
• Perform store operations such as truck unload, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; support store cleanliness and safety programs.
