Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a dedicated party and events supervisor to organize and oversee kids' parties and events. You’ll partner with the Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members, and work with families to register and prep for events.

You will identify activities and lesson plans for each party, provide supplies to teams, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to promote programs and services.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces
• Trains and coaches party and event hosts
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)
• Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guests while providing supportive supervision of party hosts
• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities
