Gateway Church is seeking a Kids Coordinator to manage week-to-week execution at a campus. You will oversee check-in, curriculum, supplies, room scheduling, and Serve Team operations while ensuring a welcoming environment for families.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, data management, and cross-team collaboration, with weekend presence and event support as part of the ministry calendar.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or ministry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior multisite church experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the week-to-week execution of Gateway Kids at the campus within the Pastor's plan.
• Build and steward the Serve Team: recruit, schedule, train, retain, and appreciate.
• Own ministry scheduling and calendar including services, events, trainings, and room reservations.
• Handle administrative processes: purchase requisitions, check requests, expense reports, invoices, and vendor payments within thresholds.
• Maintain ministry records in church database (attendance, registrations, follow-ups).
• Order and maintain supplies and materials; ensure spaces are ready for services and events.
• Serve as a point of contact between campus ministry and area teams.
