Gateway Church is seeking a Kids Coordinator to drive the weekly operations of Gateway Kids at a campus, handling check-ins, curriculum, supplies, room setup, and Serve Team coordination. This role does not perform pastoral duties or require a ministerial license, but serves as the first contact for parents.

The Coordinator will manage scheduling, vendor payments, and ministry data in the church database, while maintaining safety and a friendly guest experience across services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years administrative/coordination/ministry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior multisite church experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate week-to-week execution of Gateway Kids at the campus within the Pastor's plan.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and retain Serve Team members.
