Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating church events or family programs.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement Colonial Kids events and programming.
• Coordinate event logistics: schedules, materials, volunteers, setup and teardown.
• Develop and maintain annual calendar of events with the team.
• Assist with VBS leadership, recruitment, training, and follow-up with families.
• Support Sunday programming and prepare as needed.
