The Chapel in Fort Wayne is seeking a Kids Ministry role to lead and oversee elementary programming, coordinate events, and partner with the Kids Director to build a thriving, Christ-centered ministry. This role emphasizes engaging programming, volunteer development, and collaborations with parents to support family discipleship.
Regular hours are part of a 30–35 hour work week with compensation based on experience.

Who We Are: The Chapel is a non-denominational church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with about 1,800 people gathering weekly to worship, grow, and serve. Qualifications:
Regular Work Schedule: Mondays-Thursdays, Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings: 30-35 hours/week, 12 months
Compensation commensurate with experience.
