As a Kids Administrator, you are an integral member of the Brownsburg Kids team. The Kids Administrator is responsible for supporting weekly ministry environments through service preparation, volunteer development, curriculum implementation, and event execution. This role partners with staff and volunteers to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that help children grow in their relationship with Jesus.
The following job duties, collaborations, and personal growth objectives are critical to the success of this role. As in all roles, other duties may be necessary in order to deliver upon the key outcomes the role is responsible for.
Your role will include office environments, church service environments, and (likely) engaging with the congregation and community outside the walls of Connection Pointe. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 25+ pounds.
