Description

As a Kids Administrator, you are an integral member of the Brownsburg Kids team. The Kids Administrator is responsible for supporting weekly ministry environments through service preparation, volunteer development, curriculum implementation, and event execution. This role partners with staff and volunteers to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that help children grow in their relationship with Jesus.

• A sustainable and growing pipeline of Hybrids and volunteers is developed to lead teaching, worship, and production roles.
• Kids ministry processes and collaboration continue to improve through innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of kids ministry experience.
• Planning Center knowledge
• Strong leadership and volunteer development skills; Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate environments; Strong communication and team-building skills.

Where You’ll Be

Your role will include office environments, church service environments, and (likely) engaging with the congregation and community outside the walls of Connection Pointe. Physical demands mainly include, walking, climbing stairs, sitting or standing for long periods of time and occasionally lifting up to 25+ pounds.
