Job summary

KID'S KLUB at College Station ISD is seeking a Staff Member for Fall 2026 to provide a safe, high-quality after-school program for enrolled children. The role reports to the Kids Klub Director and requires strong communication with staff, parents, and school personnel, plus adherence to all training milestones and district handbooks.

The position involves planning engaging activities, supervising groups, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma
• Ability to work well with children
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Some experience working with children
• First Aid and CPR certified (training by Kids Klub)
• CPI certified (training by Kids Klub)
• Child Abuse and Bullying Awareness training
• Attend applicant orientation and staff development
• Attend weekly site meetings and monthly staff meetings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel) & email

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about and adhere to procedures and expectations in the Kids Klub handbook and school district handbook
• Staff members must be committed, caring, and positive role models
• Portraying a professional and positive attitude
• Carefully supervise and interact with children and staff in a safe, fun, and responsible manner
• Lead and actively participate in activities of small and large groups
• Support fellow staff during activities, discipline, and planning
• Redirect campers appropriately
• Take initiative to solve problems and assist with cleaning
• Help with daily cleaning; assist site supervisors as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities; have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email; meet deadlines
• Communicate with parents/guardians professionally; interact with school personnel and Kids Klub staff; attend weekly staff meetings
