Life Time, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from three months to 11 years at the Kids Academy. You will organize activities, ensure safety, and host events as needed.

The role requires minimal schooling (HS or GED) and completion of required trainings; current First Aid/CPR certifications within 60 days; prior experience teaching young children is preferred. Join a team that values inclusion and positive development.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and escorts kids to/from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment.
• Uses positive behavior management and communicates with parents and team.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation.
• Keeps Kids Academy clean and restocks supplies after each class.
• Handles incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
