Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver engaging, educational and fitness-minded programming for children aged three months to 11 years within the Kids Academy.

You will organize activities, supervise transitions, and ensure a safe, fun environment for kids and families. Requirements include completion of required learnings, and First Aid/CPR certifications within 60 days of hire, with prior experience in child-facing programs preferred and a focus on safety and positive behavior

Qualifications

• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Instructs activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance, development, and incident records.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment and uses positive behavior management.
