Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver engaging, educational fitness-oriented activities for children aged 3 months to 11 years within the Kids Academy. You will lead organized activities, supervise sessions, and ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Responsibilities include welcoming families, maintaining records, and promoting additional Kids & Aquatics programs. Certification in First Aid and CPR/AED is required within 60 days of joining.

Qualifications

Less than a High School Diploma or GED.
First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
Ability to engage a group of children in activities.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage members and guests professionally.
Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through organized activities.
Prepare and set up for class; transfer kids to/from programming.
Keep attendance and development records.
Maintain a safe, healthy environment around toys and equipment.
Use positive behavior management and clear parent communication.
Promote Junior programming to increase participation.
Maintain program areas and restock supplies after class.
Handle incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
