Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to provide age-appropriate educational and fitness programs for children from three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. The role includes hosting events and parties as needed, while promoting junior programming across Life Time services.

The instructor will ensure a safe, engaging environment, manage class setup and transitions, and collaborate with parents and the team to support each child’s growth during every session.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage and supervise young children (3 months to 11 years).
• Strong communication with parents and teammates.
• Commitment to safety and developmental activities for kids.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Lead organized activities supporting cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Prepare for class, transfer children, and maintain attendance records.
