Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics or children's sports.
• Knowledge of basic gymnastics techniques and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day.
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children ages 3 to 12.
• Implement lesson plans focusing on skill development and progression.
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on progress.
• Assist with special events, birthday parties, and gym activities.
