Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking energetic coaches to lead gymnastics and child development classes for children from toddlers to 12 years old. You will deliver our engaging curriculum, motivate kids, and create a warm, supportive learning environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Training is provided to help you grow with the team and inspire confidence in children daily.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching gymnastics or tumbling.
• Ability to deliver a positive, educational environment for kids.
• Strong customer service and member experience skills.
• Willingness to learn our curriculum and teaching methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.
• Participate in in-depth training and bring a positive attitude.
