Job summary

The Little Gym Englewood is seeking a Gymnastics Coach to lead and assist classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. You will help kids reach milestones, create a fun and safe learning environment, and follow The Little Gym method with supervision and training provided.

Gymnastics experience is required; coaching experience is a plus, and we offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, upbeat setting.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics experience required (athlete, coach, or equivalent).
• Reliable transportation (gym is in Englewood, NJ).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist gymnastics-based classes for children ages 4 months-12 years.
• Deliver fun, high-energy lessons using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Track student growth and share feedback with parents.
• Create a warm, positive environment where every child feels seen and supported.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and families.
• Support events and programming (birthdays, camps, showcases).
• Help keep the gym clean, organized, and class-ready.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
