The Little Gym of Torrance is looking for a passionate gymnastics coach to inspire and motivate children while teaching fundamental gymnastics in a fun, supportive setting.

Ideal candidates have experience coaching children, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping kids reach their potential. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, mornings, and at least one weekend day at the Torrance location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics or working with children in a similar setting.
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years old.
• Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression.
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress.
• Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities.
