The Little Gym is looking for a Gymnastics Coach to lead classes with our proven program and help every child grow in a fun, safe setting. You’ll be active, engage families, and bring energy to every session.

Join a team that values play, learning, and community. Strong communication with parents and a passion for kids are a must; prior gymnastics or child development experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Love having fun, encouraging kids, and giving High-5s.
• Background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.
• You live to serve and making others feel good.
• Kids like you, and parents do too.
• You stay in a great mood and know when to buckle down.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and experience; treat members like family.
• Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK.
