Your Role:

1. Inspire and Coach: Lead engaging classes for kids, demonstrate exercises, and motivate young athletes.
2. Connect with Families: Build positive relationships with parents and members.
3. Drive Sales: Use marketing strategies to increase sales and meet center goals.
4. Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks like inventory and communication.

Your Superpowers:

• Passion for kids and their development

• Understanding of sales and operations
• Leadership qualities and positive attitude
• Experience in children’s fitness (preferred)
• Educational background in business, education, or related fields (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Certifications (Assistance provided to obtain):

• CPR
• First Aid
• EpiPen

Physical Demands:

• Active participation, demonstrating exercises, and providing corrections
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds
• High energy and enthusiasm required
