What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!):

• Inspire and Coach: Lead engaging classes for kids, demonstrate proper form, and motivate our little athletes.
• Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents and members to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive Sales: Use marketing strategies to increase sales and meet center goals.
• Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks like inventory management and communication with prospects and members.

What You'll Bring (Your Superpowers):

• Genuine passion for positively impacting children’s lives.

• Understanding of sales principles and operational excellence.
• Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with children or fitness (preferred).
• Educational background in business, education, or related fields (a plus).

Certifications (We’ll Help You Get There!):

• CPR Certified (must be current)
• First Aid Certified (must be current)
• EpiPen Certified (must be current)

Physical Demands:

• Active participation in classes, demonstrating exercises and providing corrections.
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Aerobic activity and sustained physical exertion.
• High energy and enthusiasm required.

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. We offer a science-based curriculum taught by professionals.
