What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!):

1. Inspire and Coach: Lead engaging classes for kids (about 15+ per week), demonstrate exercises, and motivate our young athletes.
2. Connect with Families: Build positive relationships with parents and members.
3. Drive Sales: Use marketing strategies to increase sales and meet center goals.
4. Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks like inventory management and communication, blending hands-on coaching with behind-the-scenes work.

What You'll Bring (Your Superpowers):

• Experience with children or fitness (preferred)

Physical Demands:

• Active participation and demonstration in classes
• Bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
