Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years old. You will organize activities, supervise classes, and ensure safe, fun experiences while coordinating with parents and staff.

Expected duties include greeting guests, preparing sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining clean program areas. Prior teaching or activity leadership and CPR/First Aid within 60 days are required.

Qualifications

• Less than a high school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Required Learnings before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with members and guests professionally.
• Fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development via activities.
• Prepares and sets up for class, transfers kids to/from programming.
• Maintains attendance records and monitors safety and incidents.
• Uses positive behavior management and communicates with parents and team.
• Promotes Junior programming to boost participation.
• Maintains clean Kids Academy and restocks supplies after classes.
• Handles incidents calmly and professionally.
